Refund policy


Returns

We have a 30-day no-hassle return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

We cover return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, we'll need you to supply your receipt/proof of purchase. Your 2xEDGE staples must be in the same condition in which you received them.

2xEDGE staples that have been installed or used in any way are no longer considered to be in original condition and cannot be returned.

To start a return, contact us at hello@2xedge.com and we'll work out next steps with you.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return.

Our only criteria for full refunds is that your returned 2xEDGE staples have not been installed or used in any way.

As long as your returned items are in the same new condition in which you received them you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

When we receive an order we work fast! Please contact us as soon as possible with your cancellation request by phone or email. If we haven't already shipped your order we will do all that we can to cancel it.


Damaged goods

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@2xedge.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you didn't receive what you ordered, so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right.


A note about rust

If your staples arrive with some rust on them they are not damaged. 2xEDGE staples are made of raw steel. That means they might arrive on your doorstep without rust, or with some rust. In time they will rust. If you have questions about 2xEDGE staples and rust, please email us at hello@2xedge.com and we'll assist.
